I. How we collect and use your personal information

Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person's identity or reflect a specific natural person's activities alone or in combination with other information.

ID Photo Quick Snap will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this policy:

Business Functions:

When you use the ID Photo Quick Snap APP, in order to provide you with corresponding services, we may need you to enable the following terminal system permissions:

  1. Camera Permission: The app requires your consent to access the camera to take facial photos;
  2. Album Permission: The app requires your consent to access the album to save the generated ID photos to the local album;

If you refuse to enable the above permissions, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions.

About Data Collection and Usage:

User facial data is only used locally to call Apple's open Vision API for background removal (matting) according to the ID type size to generate ID photos of the required size. The background removal is completed locally on the mobile terminal and is deleted immediately. It will not be uploaded to the server, nor will it be transferred to any third party for use.

Collection Method:

Purpose of Use:

We will not sell your personal information to any third party, will not share it with third parties, and will not upload it to the server;

Third-Party Data Protection Guarantee:

After obtaining user consent, this application obtains user facial data only for local image background removal use. The application will not share user data with any third parties (such as analysis tools, advertising networks, third-party SDKs) or related entities such as parent companies or subsidiaries, nor will it use user data for any other purposes. Data is destroyed on the local device immediately after use and will not be uploaded to the server.

Data Retention and Deletion Rules:

User facial data is only used for image background removal on the local device. After the background removal is completed, the user can save the generated ID photo image to their own local mobile phone album. At the same time, the facial data is deleted and destroyed locally after production, and will not be uploaded to the server or transferred to any third party for use.

Other Business Functions:

  1. To continuously improve and optimize our service experience and troubleshoot product faults, we may collect your device model, operating system type and version, system language and time zone, unique device identifier, IP address, APP crash logs, APP usage/click records, and network access method, type, and status.
  2. The APP may provide services that jump to third-party applications/websites in advertising cooperation. Please be sure to read the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" of the third-party application/website carefully before use, and confirm before using. The APP will not contact or save any data when you use third-party applications/websites.
  3. When you provide feedback, consultation, or complaints to the APP, in order to facilitate contact with you or help you solve problems, we may need you to provide name, mobile phone number, email and other valid contact information. If you refuse to provide the above information, it will affect the timely handling of problems and feedback.

  1. ID Photo Quick Snap itself does not use cookies and similar technologies. To provide normal services, ID Photo Quick Snap will display some information in the form of web pages—for example, this privacy agreement you are reading, but these pages do not contain cookies.
  2. ID Photo Quick Snap may jump to open web pages provided by advertisers in advertising cooperation. These web pages may contain cookies. These cookies are set by advertising service providers to ensure advertising delivery, and ID Photo Quick Snap does not read or store these cookies.

III. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

(I) Sharing

(III) The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and email, instant messaging, and other communication methods with other ID Photo Quick Snap users are not encrypted. We strongly recommend that you do not send personal information through such methods.

(IV) The Internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will try our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us.

(V) After the unfortunate occurrence of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, remedial measures for you, etc. We will inform you of the relevant situation of the incident in a timely manner by email, telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform the personal information subjects one by one, we will take reasonable and effective ways to publish announcements.
